• data of operators and employees of customers working in Tallker;
• data of end customers of Tallker customers transferred via widget, integrations and API.

3.1 Website visitors

• IP address, cookies, browser and device information;
• date/time of requests, visited pages;
• referrer / traffic source;
• other technical data typically transmitted by the browser.

3.2 Registered users and operators

• name, job title, company;
• contacts: email, phone, messengers;
• account credentials: login, password hash;
• payment data: payment facts and parameters (Tallker does not store full card details);
• account/project settings (domains, site names, departments, etc.);
• system activity logs (sign-ins, settings changes, dialog operations, etc.).

3.3 End customers of Tallker clients

Tallker clients (website owners) may transfer their end-customer data via widget, integrations and API, such as:

• name, phone, email, messenger ID;
• customer ID in the client’s system, status, segment, tags;
• order/request/payment status data (if provided by the client);
• message texts, attachments, operator notes;
• other information provided by the client at their discretion.

The client is responsible for the lawful transfer of such data to Tallker and for informing their users about processing purposes.

• creating and maintaining user accounts;
• providing services and access to functionality;
• identification and authentication;
• handling requests, storing dialog history, providing analytics for customers;
• support and communications about the service/payments/changes;
• improving the website and product based on anonymized analytics;
• complying with legal requirements, accounting and tax records.

• legal obligations;
• legitimate interests of the Controller and/or users while respecting data subject rights.
